报告摘要

In the lecture, the concepts of systems with energy harvesting for microelectronic devices will be introduced. The prototype of the system based on converter microcontroller capable of continuously converting different types ofenergy (mechanical, chemical, biological, solar, radiofrequency, acoustical, thermal, radiation, etc) into the electric current will be described. The operation of a biofuel microbe element as an example of nonstable electricity source will be demonstrated. A supercapacitor based on nanomaterials will be presented as an energy harvesting element.
